Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Electronics must be in original, sealed condition
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at jason@jradvantures.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return shipping label within 2 business days
3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at the nearest carrier location
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos and we'll ship a replacement at no charge.
